Join us for the 2026 Thin Blue Line LEMC Chili Cookoff!

Rev up your engines and bring your appetite! We’re firing up the pots for a day of friendly competition, great food, and community support. Whether you’re a master chili chef or just love a good bowl of red, there’s something for everyone. This year’s event will be held at On the Rox.

Come enjoy the legendary Chili Cookoff, cheer on our competitors during the official judging, participate in our silent auction, and soak up the fun. It’s all for a great cause—supporting our first responders. Let’s ride together!

Team Registration 

• All teams must register online by October 10, 2026. Entry fee is $75.00 per team. After October 10th the entry fee is $100.
• Team size is limited to 1 head cook and up to 3 assistant cooks.
• Each team may submit only one entry.
